I am a very passionate Personal Trainer and I am dedicated to helping all my clients reach their goals. I research continually to be the best I can at my profession.

Being invited to join the M10 team was a great privilege, not only do I get to work closely with a man who’s results and achievements are inspirational to me, but Mark will also be educating me about his proven LHP Performance System™ which pushes me further towards reaching my goal.

I have a real passion for motivating and supporting people beyond their own expectations. Seeing a result is the biggest driving force behind me and my training, I am a firm believer in working hard and as a team with everyone that I train.

My knowledge so far has been gained from a variety of the industry’s top minds and sports coaches, such as Charles Poliquin and Gary Gray. I have a Diploma in functional Training with Faster Fitness and I am a Regional Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach under the Poliquin Strength Institute.

My hobbies include, snowboarding, strength training, skiing, fishing and spending time friends and family.

“I started the course with the hope of toning up a little and losing some of the excess weight I'd put on after a long period of physical inactivity and bad eating. However, as soon as I began following the course I knew I was going to achieve much, much more.

The sessions themselves, on a Monday and Wednesday, were really good fun and certainly left you knowing you'd had a good work-out! Mark keeps in contact constantly via email and Facebook with little hints and tips that are invaluable to the course and to achieving your goals. I knew it would be difficult but it was a challenge I was ready for. I needed something that was structured and routine. Coming twice a week to M10 has given me the push I needed and the support I have received from Mark and his team is amazing.

I had some doubts and perhaps even fears about booking on to the Body Composition Course.

At 56 years, I am the oldest person on the current course. I am overweight and have not taken part in any form of real training for over 10 years. That didn't make any difference to Mark and his team!! - To be honest, I now know that unless there is an underlying health problem, age doesn't matter. The phrase 'mind over matter' really does apply.

So far, I have lost a stone in weight, I have seen bits of my physique re-appearing that have for years been lost under a layer of fat and I am slowly starting to feel better for it!!

It is hard - both the physical side and the dietary changes that are involved - but 3/4 of the way through and with the changes I have seen it is all worth it.

Chris lost 14 lbs in weight, 5.5% Body fat and gained 4 lbs in lean muscle mass throughout the process

I didn't know what to expect with the training at M10 but I loved it. The classes and the guys are so motivating and you can literally feel a difference in yourself after the 1st workout. The 14 day fat loss program is tough at first but after the first week, I felt better than I had in months, I was more relaxed, sleeping better, less stressed and my concentration span had dramatically improved at work.

After the first 14 days I managed to lose 5.1% body fat and 3kgs in weight! I know the 3kg doesn't sound like a lot, but my body shape has changed so much, I can get back in my size 8 jeans and was so much more toned.

It just goes to show that losing weight isn't the priority it's the fat on your body that defines your shape.

I was overweight and out of shape due to a hectic work schedule and overdoing it at the frequent corporate hospitality events with my clients; hence, I thought it was about time I put a stop to my ever increasing waist line; therefore, I signed up to the Body Composition programme.
