Strength Tip 1 - Perfect technique

Lifting using the correct technique is so important, not only for injury prevention but it also enables you to make really awesome strength gains.

Let’s use a 10 rep set for example:

If you perform 3 perfect reps and 7 poor ones, you are effectively teaching your body how to do 70% of the lift incorrectly and also improving your chances of injuring yourself.

Bearing in mind that it can take up to 6000 repetitions for your body to learn a new motor pattern, doing 70% of your set with poor lifting technique just reinforces the body how to use poor technique.

So if your goal is to get stronger and to make gains, make sure every rep is perfect.

You only count perfect reps in a set!

If you train with excellence in mind you will deliver excellence!!
