How to get a six pack in 2 weeks
Rob Buckler came to spend two days with me on a private internship last month. I spent the 2 days covering the subject of fat loss and body composition training. I trained Rob four times in the time he was with me and I also went through my fourteen day fat loss plan with him. Rob went away with the information he learned over the two days and put it all into practice.
As he promised, Rob stuck to the plan and sent me the results of his hard work. How's that for a 6 pack in 2 weeks!!
