Always sporty and active as a youth, Anthony went on to pursue his passion and studied towards a degree in Sports Science. After achieving his degree, he began working as a personal trainer and has gained a wealth of experience working with a diverse range of clients, looking to get in shape whilst improving their health and fitness levels.
Over the years he has gained a reputation for his adaptive coaching techniques and getting results for his clients, regardless of the experience they have with exercise or nutrition.
Anthony says: "Many people feel lost and nervous when coming in to the gym and simply end up spinning the wheels and stagnating. My role as a coach is to educate you and to help simplify the process, whilst guiding you towards achieving your goal."
