Strongman Training has so much carry over to sports performance with children. In many sports children lift, move, push and pull. Strongman includes elements of all these requirements.
Some of the exercises that we use when training the prepubescent include the sled drag, the prowler, sand bag carries, small tire flips and various other energy system work like sprints.
