Why Can't I Get Rid of My Belly Fat?

We regularly receive emails and enquiries from people asking for all different tips and supplements to get certain body parts lean.

Let me share something with you. If you’re fat all over, stop trying to focus on one body part at a time, and concentrate on getting leaner all over first. If you get your diet, basic supplements and training right, fat will come off at a consistent rate. 

We don’t even start looking at stubborn body fat sites until a man is between 10 and 12 %, and a woman is between 14 and 16%. 

Yes you may have fatter legs than your upper body, but see how they respond by working to get your body lean as a whole, before you get anal about your legs not leaning out. 

So many people we hear from stress out and focus on their mid section, asking what supplements they can take to get their abs out quicker. It only takes one look at their man boobs to realise that they’ve not even got a handle on basic fat loss principles, let alone the more advanced ones.

If you’re above the body fat ranges above, learn more about fat loss nutrition and training, remain consistent and focused, and hold back the fancy bits until you’re lean enough to benefit from them. 

Don’t’ try and cut corners, it’ll only hit you financially and you’ll have very little to show for it.
