Spanish style Prawns

Spanish – Style Prawns with lemon and garlic

1 Tablespoon of coconut oil

6 medium gloves of garlic

30 – 35 prawns raw

¼ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes

¼ teaspoon of Spanish paprika

1 small bay leaf

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

¼ cup of minced parsley

Heat

the coconut oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the garlic (crushed) and cook until golden.

Add

the prawns, red pepper flakes, paprika, and bay leaf. Cook for about 3 minutes stirring continuously until the prawns are cooked throughout. Stir in the lemon juice.

Remove

from the heat and add the minced parsley. Serve over a bed of steamed kale
