Battling Ropes - M10 Conditioning

For those of you that haven't been down to see what we do here at M10, here's a glimpse of some conditioning we do using the battling ropes.

There are many levels to the Battling ropes and they are an excellent tool to use to finish off a hard fat loss workout
I also use the balling ropes alot with my British Superbike riders. They really target upper body endurance. When I add lateral shuffles over a step into the mix, their focus and concentration has to step up too. The exercise mimics the focus and strength endurance they need when their riding at high speed.
