Due to the success of the Body Composition Training series that continues to run on a regular 6 week program, I will now be running an Advanced Body Composition Group on Thursday evenings running from 6.30 – 7.30pm.
What are the sessions and how are they different?
The advanced sessions are not just for people that have followed the 6 week Body Composition course with us, they are for anyone looking to advance their knowledge on strength training for body composition, conditioning and exercise nutrition We appreciate the hard work that many people put in during their regular gym sessions and we also know there are a lot of you that don’t but expect the results to come your way!
You spend hours and hours in the gym lifting weights or doing other types of training in an attempt to get the body of your dreams, but seem to be treading water! If this is you and you want to gain expert knowledge from a Personal Training company that specialises in getting their clients awesome body composition results, then these are the sessions for you.
What will I learn?
The advanced course is for people that have an advanced or intermediate experience in lifting weights/training and are looking to take their results to the next level. We will cover areas such as:
Advanced fat loss strategies
Advanced muscle building strategies
Advanced program design for optimal body composition
Individualising diet plans to meet personal goals
If you have attended the 6 week body composition course, the advanced sessions will expand on the information you gained from the sessions and will also allow you the opportunity to continue your journey with us. The sessions will last 1 hour and are open to the intermediate and advanced individual only. Sessions are limited to 10 people only so book now to save disappointment. How much is it?
The six week course costs £97.50 and must be paid in advance.
This includes all postworkout nutrition drinks which are an essential part of post workout recovery, muscle building and fat loss
