Lorry pull - It was time to test the training

If you have been following the progress of one of my clients recently, you will know that we've not got long before Stuarts big lorry pull in aid of the Air Ambulance Charity.

His strength in the gym has been rising up at a rate of knots recently, so as planned we decided to head over to Norris Plant Hire in Bottesford to put it all to the test.

This was the first time Stuart had even tried on his harness (which was ordered from Pullum Sports), so it was very much a feeler session for him.

As soon as the last clip was fastened the newly converted Strongman gave one big drive, a pull and the truck was off. The flat bed truck which weighed 4 tonne had a minner digger added to the back which added an extra 3 tonne to the load. The final weight on the big day will be 9 tonne so we weren't too far off. I think you 'll agree with me when you see the video below that Stuart made light work of the training load!

Don't forget to email us if you would like to sponsor or donate on the big day. Email info@m10fitness.co.uk
