Where to begin…

In the four months that I have been working with Mark , I have lost weight, increased my fitness levels, and have far more energy than before.

My initial tailor-made programme included nutritional and lifestyle advice, as well as varied fitness sessions. Mark has varied my programme along the way as my weight dropped and fitness improved. He motivates and encourages, he’s personable, professional, and more importantly he listens and adapts each session to suit me.

I wouldn't hesitate to do it all again, and would highly recommend Mark and his methods.
