"MY PHYSIQUE HAS DEFINITELY CHANGED BUT MY JOURNEY HAS ONLY STARTED"

Like many, eating at Christmas social gatherings, combined with the national lockdowns, had left Tahlia with a lack of motivation to train and she ended up gaining some extra weight.

She decided to join the 8 week challenge and was assigned M10 coach Richard Hill to guide her through the process AND was crowned the female runner up of our latest Next Level Body Challenge

Low calorie / carb diets with hours of exercise were not sustainable...
“In the past - usually in a last minute desperate bid to lose weight- like most females I have always defaulted to very low calorie/carb diets and excessive amounts of exercise. Although in the short term they produced the desired results, as soon as I wanted to relax my diet and exercise regime I would pile the weight back on and more!”

Getting used to eating more and trusting the process was tough in the beginning…
"Trusting the process and eating more food was the most challenging part! I’ve eaten like a rabbit for years and had not touched a bowl of oats/ rice for quite some time and so to increase both my calorie and carb intake simultaneously was initially quite daunting!Nonetheless, I trusted Rich and he explained the reasoning behind these methods which also put me at ease"

“I feel like Rich has imparted lots of knowledge in regards to training and nutrition, perhaps the most important to my mindset being that if you want to improve your physique you do not need to spend your life living on 600 calories worth of salad and expending hours worth of cardio! "

A changed mindset and knowledge...
"My mindset in regards to dieting has changed the most! I have enjoyed looking deeper than simply nutrition and training to see how other things affect the overall result e.g. sleep pattern, stress, coffee intake etc..I had so many bad little habits that were making a big difference!"

What’s next...
"Although my physique has definitely changed, my journey is not quite over and I am continuing to work with my Coach Rich to achieve the best body measurements/fat improvements that I can!"
