With Marks help I was able to complete the Brighton marathon in under three hours and have been accepted for the Snowdon marathon in October (UK's toughest marathon).
I was a very fit and competent athlete, and then I required a knee operation which put off my usual training cycle for four months. I put weight on, lost fitness and muscle tone. I tried dieting and working out but could not appear to pull things together. I met Mark, who gave me a very thorough assessment, he advised me that even before my knee operation I was over training as well as not following the best diet that I could. I had also suffered from psoriasis for the past fifteen years, particularly to my face. Mark advised a regime that involved me eating more than before and training less, he advised on the right type of food to eat, when to eat it and how it should be prepared. He linked this in to a personal training and exercise program, while also considering the diet regime in relation to my psoriasis. All this brought about excellent results for me. In around a six week period, I lost weight, regained lost muscle tone, reinstated my fitness, added to these benefits my psoriasis also improved measurably.
