Luke O'Reilly

Due to various muscle strains/pulls and injuries I haven’t played football in 18 months.

I played my first game yesterday, I lasted 90 minutes, got man of the match, scored and felt the fittest I have in years!

This is down to the Strength and Conditioning program I have been following at M10 Fitness.
