I approached Mark because I had become stale in my training and I wanted to refresh my routine. I was using the gym regularly, but the benefits of this were being lost because I was always completing the same exercises without ever varying my efforts.

I approached Mark because I had become stale in my training and I wanted to refresh my routine. I was using the gym regularly, but the benefits of this were being lost because I was always completing the same exercises without ever varying my efforts.

I was conscious of all of this and knew that I needed a kick-start to improve my fitness levels, lose some excess fat and feel better about my body and my health. Mark identified right from the start where my body was deficient in certain areas of nutrition, and advised some dietary changes to improve my body's ability to train and become fitter.

After some changes were made to the diet, we started on a new fitness routine which involved new techniques with kettle bell equipment, as well as some new stretching and toning exercises to improve my flexibility. These were quite tough to start with but after a couple of weeks I started to advance in both my techniques and stamina to go through the routines well. The different ways of working out have stimulated my interest again, and motivation has been high as I have physically seen the results of my work as the weeks have progressed. I now have a selection of different workouts to complete, a renewed energy and determination to live a healthier lifestyle.
