You Can Still Achieve a Transformation with a Busy Lifestyle
Paul is very similar to a lot of the clients that we coach at M10 as he has a very stressful job and a hectic lifestyle. In the past, he barely had any time for food preparation and admitted that there was very little structure to his nutrition.
M10 Coach Joe Duffy said "Paul also suffered with an old shoulder injury that he had undergone surgery on. It meant that we were very limited in terms of exercises for his initial programme.
Like many people, being busy and suffering from old injuries is a perfect reason to hold off on training. However, Paul committed to all of his dietary changes and worked his way through the training programmes. In a very short space of time, he saw dramatic changes to the function of his shoulder, and body fat started to drop at a quick pace.
Both of these changes were exactly what Paul needed to see, as they were two key areas that he hadn’t seen improvements in for a long time.
In nearly all cases, all it takes is a level of commitment to get you past stage one - that important stage when you start to see changes. These alone are so motivational, and will carry you forward."
