Mark was always very attentive and supportive whilst training me. He pushed me hard to get the most out of the sessions and he was very motivational in approach. Mark has an ability to tune into my personality. Over the course of the training, he managed to really get a feel of what I am about and tailored his style accordingly. This is a real skill and made me feel relaxed.

Mark explained what each type of training was designed to deliver. This was really helpful to me in understanding what I was working towards and what to expect in terms of results. The whole program was very structured and organised. As I improved in stamina, fitness and strength, the program was changed to maintain the momentum and push me further.

This level of flexibility made the sessions enjoyable and when training on my own to practice, I never felt it was a chore. I looked forward to each training session and always had a sense of achievement at the end. At the end of the training period, I have achieved my target. I enjoyed each session and now feel I have all the tools and knowledge to continue training on my own to get the right results.

Some trainers show you how to use the equipment. Mark taught me not only what to do but why I was doing it and how to adjust my lifestyle without drastic changes and taking the fun out of life.

An excellent program, It was hard work but fun.
